I think it was him. It was in a story about bad pitbulls. I think he was giving an interview on how his attacked a little girl. Is this where he has been? I sort of felt bad for posting this, but then I was like *WAIT A MINUTE* it was on the news anyways. If it's not him then no harm done. I was close to falling asleep when I saw it, but I'm sure it was him.
