First off all the selection is terrible, all off brand junk which is to be expected at most local music stores. Fine
I bought some drumsticks, a full set of guitar strings and two high E strings individually since they break the most often. I paid 40 bucks, which was too much anyway but it was convenient.
I check the bag about three weeks later and realize that one of the high E strings that I bought individually was actually a D string. When the cashier went to the back she must have picked up one of the wrong packets. No big deal, so I went to exchange the string that was given to me incorrectly, still in its packing unopened with receipt. When I saw the cashier and explained the situation,she instantly turned defensive saying no returns. I explained it's not a return to get my money back but just an exchange for the right string that I paid for. Just go to Guitar Center or online and skip this place. Its a joke.
