hey, so im pretty sure i got some rod knock, if its not that then its valve lash. ive killed a block before, one of the bearings magically turned to dust and ....yeah, i know rod knock. but this sounds nothing like it but just like it, aside from that, im mackin my little brothers 88 hatch right now
lets get down to it!
im rebuilding the motor with a brian crower stroker kit :

and i have a Jackson Racing Super Charger waiting to go on..... no begging!
i have hondata s300 im not worried about that im wondering

and im only looking to run 6lbs of boost. and have a separate tune and pulley for 11lbs
which kit should i buy. i was thinking the one at the bottom of the list. with Darton sleeves to match. :???:

could have rubbed a piston skirt down and that increases the skirt clearance and sounds like a rod knock, but its aluminum so the knock sounds really thin.

turned out to be de distributor coil. i was hearing missfire. i feel like a moron.

H beams will be fine for under 500 hp. What compression do you plan on?
