fill it full of coolant start it up with out the cap, Then rev it up a few times if coolant blows out the radiator you have a headgasket issue.

I did that and when i started it coolant blow out so i filled it while it was idling and rev it and coolant would just overflow the radiator not really blow out

Yeah you've got a compression leak into the coolant system.

Well you need to be sure first. Take out the spark plugs and see if there is any noticeable coolant in the cylinders. Also another way to diagnose it is to run the car for a minute, take out the spark plugs and put a couple of paper towels over the spark plug tubes. Look for condensation on the paper towel. That would be an indicator of moisture in the cylinder.

well it is a compression leak cause at the gas station i let the air out and went to start the car, the car wouldn't start so i went back to the radiator and the hose were filled back up with air so it is a compression leak. how to fix? a new head gasket? can you put a head gasket on wrong and cause this problem?

Air is leaking pass the headgasket into the coolant system.

Probably should make sure the head isn't warped. Then get it decked if it is. Then get a head gasket and put it all back together.
