internals!! Or boost.. Havent started a build yet.. But it depends on your budget.. If you got it in that EF shell.. You should be fine as it is.. Shits like a jet engine in a shoe box!

Single runner Intake manifold, good header, good exhaust, walbro 190, ITR cams, Hondata and tune and a tune. About 180 wheel would be fun in an EF.

i'm doing a mild gsr build in my integra. crower stage 2 cams, dual springs and retainers, adjustable cam gears, ferrea valves, port and polish, 3 angle valve job, b16 pr3 pistons in an ls bottom end, skunk2 intake manifold, 70mm throttle body and a password whale penis. along with a tune and a chip i will be happily surpassing 200hp. you can do a ton of stuff to a b series motor without going turbo. you won't end up with 600hp, but you will have a solid motor build from the inside out to handle 9,000 rpm easily and still push pump gas. i can only imagine what this kind of build would do in a civic. lots of fun im sure... hope that gives you some ideas.

It's a Honda motor....possibilities are endless. Do some research on Honda Tech to see what setups have been built that closely resembles what you want. Bolt ons and a proper tune and you should be good to go.
