I saw a guy with a Geo Metro with a double stack wing, apc stickers all over it, with spinning hub cabs, also peel n stick red window tint + too much stuff to name
and he had the turbo thingy you guys are talking about put on his exaust tip.
I thought I was going to stop breathing. It was soo funny, and it just sounds almost like you have an exaust leak more then"a turbo sound.

Yeah, it's pretty noticeable. While on the highway, some guy with it revved at me. For some reason, he thought it made his car faster.

I'm sure the whistle would be louder on a boosted car ::: :)
