What is the difference in a 40 or 60Gig ps3 and the 80+ gig models besides gigs ?

the old 60g can play ps 1-2 games i think

the old 60g can play ps 1-2 games i think

The old 60g, and some to the early 80g did play select PS 1 or 2 titles. Those versions also had media card slots, and 4 usb inputs instead of the current 2.

Also, I think it was the 40GB that doesn't have built in Wi-Fi.

Might as well get a Slim.
