2 of my laptops won't power on. :( HELP PLEASE?!?!

I have a MacBook Pro 15inch model#A1226... Doesn't power on AT ALL. Was using it fine, but one day, it just wouldn't turn on. I bought a new charger/adaptor, and it's still doesn't turn on.

I also have a HP laptop AMD turion x2 (bought 4-5 years ago).. forgot the model, but after my brother used the laptop without the cooler OVERNIGHT, it won't turn on. Well, it turns on but it shuts down IMMEDIATELY. (I'm thinking because it overheated...? but I could be wrong).. I tried taking the battery out completely and leaving the charger on, but it still does the samething. It turns on and immediately shuts down.


If anybody could help what this problem is, I'd greatly appreciate it! Or even if you think you can fix this laptop for cheap - I'll gladly pay you.

I could take a look at them, I had a macbook pro the same model and sadly to say the motherboard was toast in it. Which would have cost more then buying a new one. However it looks like you are nowhere near me.

On the HP, does the operating system load or does it try to start up, then dies? If it dies immediately it sounds like my old gateway after the processor took a shit.

The MAC sounds like a fried motherboard.
