well you dont have your private messagin enabled, but my company is called
norstar mortgage group. I would give you a sales pitch on how great we are and how we have the best programs out there, but truth be told we can do the same thing everyone else can do. the only thing that sets me apart from the rest is that about 95% of my business is on a referral base. meaning, it comes from realtors like yourself and satisfied past clients. That in itself speaks for itself. If you want to discuss how we may be able to work together in the future , call me. 770-778-4422 than i can give you my sales pitch.. haha... Thanks for showing interest man.

Alex,
Thank you for the information. By you telling me that you basically make a living from referrals means alot in the mortgage business. I would definitely like to talk to you about diferent programs that i want to start offering to my clients. stated income, full docs, and big paper loans are some of the programs that i would like to start using and maybe you can suggest what lender would work better for each scenerio. Once again thanks for the info and i hope that we can work together in the future. Also, good luck with the company.

Thank you very much. Stated income loans are about 75% of my business. Stated income 100% is what we do. I am a certified FNMA trainer so i know full doc, a - paper stuff too and i am very well versed in the alt - a world
example using bank statement deposits for income documentation, etc.....
i also have a company that can do financing up to 7 million dollars on a residential SFR. so i have all the bases covered.
I can do land loans, commercial even have a source for SBA, car, boat and airplane loans.. im not even kidding man. When i set out to open this company i wanted to cover all that i could.. I currently have 176 lenders that I can broker to.
Anyways , when you are ready give me a call. We can go out to lunch and go over all these things.

Sounds great man. I would love to get together and talk about the market and different plans, but i am sure it would be hard for you and i to get together next week since everybody wants to close all their loans before thanks giving. After next week i would free. Give me a call at 770-572-9713. At this point i am really interested on a land loan. can you tell me which lender you use for that type of loan . Also on the stated income loans who do you use and do they charge MI. What would be the PAR rate on a stated vs full DOCS with 12 MO bank staments. Sorry for all the questions, but right now i have customer with 780 plus score and he is pretty picky about the rate ,and i know he would be better going full docs.
See You Latter,
Lucas

I am curious to know what lenders you guys mostly use. I also work in this field...I work for a lender in the funding/post closing department.
