you shouldn't need one really...they will take care of you. Just make sure if anything aftermarket was done to the bike they pay for that stuff too :goodjob: if they try to screw you over and not pay....then you need to talk to somebody

Do NOT go with Ken Nugent. A fried of mine had a bad bike accident a few years ago, and Ken Nugent was useless.

You shouldn't really need a lawyer, if you're insured it should all be taken care of. Are you trying to sue for more than your injuries and bike damage?

You broke your foot due to the fault of the driver, you're doing the right thing in getting a lawyer to represent you.

call george steinHe is very redundant in his advertising that if another driver causes you to lay your bike down that he takes it personally because he rides too. Might be worth checking out

My mom had a good attorney, and he has a good re-pore with the gwinnett county courts. I've got her on finding his information, you NEED an attorney, the insurance company is going to do everything in their power to screw you out of what you deserve. I wouldn't settle for less then 7-10 times the medical bills.

hes my attorney dealing with clayton county. he use to be one of the head attorneys for allstate insurance so he knows the tricks inside and out.
