Exhaust and headlights

I have a 00 civic ex and im looking to get rid of the cat since I dont need it in barrow county. I dont want the exhaust to be real loud. Want performance from an exhaust upgrade but dont want the loud noise that you get from it. Also what are some great headlights that look real good on a black 00 civic. Let me know of any black cars that different headlights than stock.

well that settles that with no cat. Well what exhaust isnt very loud but sounds pretty good.

Just run a high flow cat and exhaust i like is any name brand i have a Tsudo on my civic i like its sound.

Get a high flow cat welded in or maybe a resonated test pipe. I like how my HKS Hi-Power on my Focus sounds so I will say either HKS or Greddy. Your choice really.

str8 pipe with vibrant stealth muffler. hands down the best sound and performace

I have the check engine light on code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) is what it reads. I thought of just getting a high flow cat on it and that should take the engine light off right?

CTR headlights for sure....or if you dont mind a little work do a retrofit on some nice OEM ones
