ok well ive decided its time to flush my tranny and i wanted a few opinions about the tranny fluid options out there, what do you guys use and whats the best in your opinion.
btw, its a jdm b16a lsd cable tranny just in case you were wondering!

ok. have you guys ever had any experiance with GM Synchromesh? ive been reading on other forums that thats like a really good thing to put in.

I dont use it..
I ALWAYS just use HONDA MTF... especially if you have LSD trans...

You cant go wrong with OEM fluid, But I personally use mixture of fluid.

dude get 3 bottles and dont think your gonna have a amazing difference, used HMTF last time and ima go with gear oil next time. but its your car not mine..

well im doing a drain and fill so i guess 2.5 quarts

well i went to the local chevy dealership (two blocks away) and bought 2 quarts of GM syncromesh and a bottle of lucas and filled and when i tell you it feels like a freshly rebuild tranny, i am not lying,it feels so much better and smoother and the little 3rd gear grind is gone! amazing stuff!

ha well i guess motor oil would have been better than that tranny fluid that has 170,XXX+ miles on it
