I have a family plan, with unlimited minutes, texting, web, etc for $212.30 a month, EVERY month for the past 3 years. I check my mail and a BIG ass envelope comes from tmobile today, I'm like WTF is this, a stack of papers, bill came of $1833, WTF? My previous monthly bill said I have unlimited texting, now this one says I DON'T. But I haven't talked to anyone about my tmobile shit in almost a year. What should I do? I'm going to tmobile in the morning.

Raise hell about it and show proof that you have had the unlimited plan with no reason for changing it. Also mention the fact that you know many many people and they will all be told to avoid T-Mobile like the plague unless this gets rectified immediately. If they don't budge, then threaten to sue for whatever legal term applies.

Take your paperwork in, show them where they screwed up and then throw a tantrum in their lobby until they agree to drop the excess charges. If your contract is up, I suggest you take your business elsewhere after they fix this.

Similar thing happened to me with VZW a few years ago. I changed one thing and it changed the entire bill and I had to call them up and raise hell. It all got put back the way it was and they credited my acct. Raise hell at them. It should get the point across.

Wow man that is crazy. Call them and ask to speak to the highest person you can. I left T-mobile after a $700 bill popped up. I've been with AT&T for 6 years now, no billing problems.

haha I called this morning and they fixed it. They said THEY "accidently" took off unlimited texting off the plan and offered to give me a free phone because of their mistake, lolol.

and I'm gonna stay with them. I have no contract, I pay $212, unlimited everything 4 lines. thanks everyone!

They did the same shit with me, they sent me a bill for $1,432 & wanted me to pay it because supposedly someone changed my plan by phone & thats why I had all these extra charges. I recommend canceling your contract while telling them to fuck off & let it go to collections. Then go to Sprint, Verizon, AT&T & find a new better contract end of story.

He said the problem was fixed but why would you let it go to collections if it was their mistake. Not a good reason to fuck up your credit to me.

i like my tmobile plan.

unlimited everything for 82 dollars a month. cant do that anywhere else i know of besides that POS straight talk or other off-brand shit like boost mobile or metro POS.

billing information gets messed up sometimes. that's why there is a customer service representative to help you out when that time comes.

T-Mobile "Get Less" I had to many problems with them and one particular was that they don't have the best of coverage

Of all this talk about shitty COM vendors. I for one have never had an issue with AT&T. I get a heavy 23% discount through work and I have 4 lines, unlimited everything except mins (which are never used up) for $180 a month.

Good phones, good coverage and a nice network. I'm grand fathered so I avoided that data BS floating around from company to company. I also like MetroPCS. IDK why everyone hates on a small company. For a budget phone, its wonderful.
