ok, so yesterday, i was driving me and a few friends around Downtown Atlanta checking the sites and looking and random things and i was involved in a car accident. the guy behind me was following to closely and i slammed on my brakes because of the car in front of me stopped suddenly, next thing i know i feel a big slap in the back of my car, radio came out, cell phone flew to the back and the idiot just slammed right into me.luckily the damage was very minimal other than the fact i cant open my hatch with my key anymore.long story short, he got the ticket and now my neck is killing me and im going to the the hospital after i finish writing this but my question is, will i get some money for this accident?if so, about how much?

Well the liability limits in ga 25,000 per person and 50,000 per accident, So if I was you talk to the at parties at fault insurance company and tell them you are goin to see a chiropracter , you will have to go to them and rack a bill up so they can see how much pain and suffering they should pay you for. Goodluck

Yeah and then they realize you are going to the chiropractor just because and that would be insurance fraud.

OP, just take it one day at a time. Talk to their insurance company and try to settle it out of court. Don't take the cheap shot like most people would do and go straight to a lawyer unless it's for advise.

My first piece of advice would be NOT to post questions on a public forum asking how you can milk their insurance company for fraudulent money.

Oh wait, NVM. Carry on.

dont be one of those people. Accidents happen....go to the chiropractor...let them do their thing. Get your check for the damages to the car and move on with your life.
