I'm just sharing one of my how-tos with IA. This original thread can be seen here.
East Coast EF Civics - 88-91 EF Civic Forum -How To: 10.2in Rear Brake Upgrade (http://eastcoastefcivics.com/index.php?topic=2036.0)
THIS UPGRADE IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH ATLEAST 11IN BRAKES UP FRONT!!! SO REFER TO THIS THREAD 1ST BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER DOING THIS

Okay, since I got that out of the way lets continue. Are 10.2in rear disc needed on our cars? HELL NO, but they do look nice as hell especially matched with a set of ITR size front brakes LOL. Will your stopping power increase? Definitely, but your stock brakes are more than enough to stop our little Hondas/Acuras. Okay, since I got that out of the way, here's the part list.
-2002 EP3 rotors (They are 4x100 in this year. You can easily get rotors for >$30 each for blanks. You can go aftermarket, but it will be overkill)
-EP3/RSX base rear caliper brackets (more than likely you're going to have to buy the whole caliper. They aren't "too" cheaper since they are off of new Hondas. You should be able to get a set for less than $100 though through salvage yards)
-EP3/RSX base rear brake pads (get whatever brand you like, I'm using Autozone because of the lifetime warranty, and because I'm increasing the contact area so I really don't need a expensive pad. That's my opinion, if you don't like it screw off.)
*optional* Impact screwdriver (just in case that screw in the rotor is a bitch to get off)
If you part hunt right, this "upgrade" can be done for less than $150. I think I have about $160 invested in mines.
This is basically a "bolt-on" upgrade. I'm here just to point out a few problems you make run into.
-Remove your brake caliper (DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR BRAKE LINE!!!), bracket, and rotor (use the impact screw driver if you can get off the screw). If you need instructions to do this this mod isn't for you. Or you can just pay me and I'll do it for you LOL.
-With all of your brake stuff off of your hub, you will need to cut into your dust shield slightly shown in the picture (you can easily do this with a flat head and a hammer)

This is why

There's not enough clearance for the new caliper bracket.
-Now mount your new larger rotor.
-Next, install you new EP3/RSX bracket. It should be able an inch longer than you old bracket

(you should know which one is the EP3 one lol)
-Last, put on your new EP3/RSX pads, and mount your original calipers to the EP3 Bracket. Now this step I had problems with. 1. You new pads are thicker than your original ones. That makes it a TIGHT fit (and that's an understatement). I would recommend going to your auto parts store, comparing the thickness of all of the pads in stock, and getting the thinnest set. Or you can get the rotor resurfaced down slightly before you install them. What I did was say F-It and drove around until the rotor and pad rubbed down slightly giving me the clearance I needed. 2. Tight clearance means hard to bolt down! It was a pain trying to line up the caliper to the bracket. It's doable thought (since I was able).
-Last, double check that everything is tight (or go by the OEM torque specs), and you are done. You can no longer use the shield covering the parking brake mechanism (unless you mod it).

Now you are a baller because your Honda has 11.1in rotors in the front and 10.2in rotors in the rear. :D
