S2K + Mag Blue? = Soo Sexi! (56K...maybe it's safe...)

I just took in these S2000 wheels from an IA member to be painted this week. These are not JUST before and after pics. They are progress pics also documenting my work. ;) Hopefully you guys like it!

He wanted to have them painted Volk Magnesium Blue. :yes: I have to say these wheels have been turned from stock to absolutely SEXI!

not alot of over spray on the tape, did you rattle can these? if not what kind of gun do you use?

For these I used a simple Devilbiss setup and adjusted fan pattern :D I've had great results with this so far. The iWata is also great, though I've been itching to try out a SATA setup.

Awesome :) I want to definitely try out an iwata as I've heard it lays down clear like glass. I can definitely get my clear to lay down like glass too, but it's dangerous lol fine line between glass and runs. :D

yeah that was a while ago. i had my first sol painted by him, and then got in a wreck and totaled it like 2 weeks later lol. i've been good. my sol has been the same for like 2 years now though so i've been thinking about getting the wheels sprayed black.
