Damn, I've never heard of this either!!! Truly fucked up.This is why it is so important to educate yourselves. Read a book once and a while, maybe watch the History channel (although some of their programs tell a "revised" story as well). But while the Tuskegee experiment was awful, our government has done much, much worse.


The government will only educate you to the point where you can be a efficient and capable worker bee.

If you like this excuse you need to do some serious research into the Nazi doctors. They probably made more medical breakthroughs from 39-45 than in the previous 50 years. even though their methods werent exactly kind and gentle, their basic research is still being used today.

I tried to word it in a way to show that I am still not OK with it, but I feel that since it happened, we might as well use the information gained from it. I would have much rather have doctors gather the information by finding people in each stage of the infection, but that's not how it happened. Silver lining of a very very very dark cloud.
