Replacing Cylinder Head on 02 Honda s2000

Car description- 2002 Honda s2000
Work on- Removing cylinder head and swapping it out with another used cylinder head. Right now my motor is throwing a CEL, I've done a compression test 1-2 month ago and found out 1 of the cylinder is lower from the other 3. Is there Any way i can bring my car in to have it check out? before purchasing the used head that im loooking at the moment. I also need a price quote too for the repair i need done.

how much lower is the compression? save yourself the headache and buy a cheap compression guage. pull the ecu or fuel pump fuse/relay whatever you can that won't spray fuel into the manifold and do another compression test.

the low cylinder, pour oil in and see if the compression raises. if it raises it's the piston rings, not a head problem. if it doesn't raise it it's a valve issue.
