Have some rules like, the gift should be under $25 but if you want to spend more its up to you. You could ship it so its more of a suprise...

Actually I've done this with other forums and it is fun as long as no deadbeats do it.

I've seen people hand out odd gifts too, like inflatable sheep...porn...you name it.

yup, me too. I participated in other forums as well and always give out tech stuffs like wireless keyboard, pcket printers etc. It's fun :)

Here's what'll happen.

Everyone gets their respective gifts. Then, about a week later, all of a sudden, you see the FOR SALE section getting bombed with people trying to sneak in their gifts and sell them, lolol.
