Laptop upgrade help

So i used to use a slow ass dell desk top but i traded a modded PSP for this Dell D610.
It is pretty good barely used and issue free. I wanna see if anything can be upgraded to make it faster. I know nothing about computers as far as software.
What can i do ??:thinking::thinking:

im not sure i was told it was upgraded but the guy could be full of BS...Is they a way to find out with the computer i self ?

yes go to my computer then give me the monsoons click on C drive , go to properties and it would be there

yeah it can only hold up to 120gb HD i found one on ebay for $50 with a 5 years warranty
