i want to figure out my vtec on my car..on my 94 integra gsr its not poppin and its gettin aggrivating. ive looked up several forums and what not to get an idea what it is...

we by passed my pressure switch and wired it straight to the ecu and i put a diff solenoid on it and it acted like it wanted to pop but u never heard it but the way the motor sounded it sounded like it was pullin vtec...(where it gets throat-ier) just never heard a pop..

and then it goes into what everyone likes to call "limp" mode.. and it redlines at 6500.. i put a diff solenoid on it one from a gsr.. still doin the same thing.. so i dont know whats goin on. the CEL will come on and go off im thinking either solenoid, or something wrong with wiring on the ecu. if someone can help fix it of course id be willing to compensate..

any ideas? thanks

I would just start all over again, and dont bypass anything. That should clear everything up....
