ok, im about to do a 99 front conversion on my 96 civic. im wondering, do i just need to change out the headlight and bumper, or do i need to also change the fender and hood? Also, im getting a mugen grill for my 96 bumper, and will it still fit if i do the 99 front?

fenders, hood, headlights, and bumper and the grill should fit if it's for a 99-00 civic.
