smoking hot KIA sorento

my mom was in calhoun which is the next town south of dalton where i live. she got in her car/suv and called me saying that something is holding her car back and it wont get over 55mph. i asked her if her e brake was on and she said no but her check engine light was and her "four wheel low" light was on. i told her to take it out of 4 wheel drive but the switch was in auto. well transmission fluid got on the exhaust and the car started shaking and died in her drive way. she got out and looked back and seen a flame coming from under it. she called 911 and 20 min's later had to call 911 again, well after the 20 min's and the whole 2 miles the fire truck had to travel. they finally got there and this is the result.

Go ahead with the Kia Forte. They dont all have bad problems. My wifes 06 Kia Spectra is actually a great car. I love it for what it is. Never had a problem.
