Well its not that bad yet, but it just really irks me sometimes , that usually most folks dont understand it. I mean, do I spend a little to much on the car sometimes? Yes, Ill admit to that. Do I maybe make purchases for the car when I shouldnt? Yes, Ill admit to that. Do I put my passion first in my life and above the people I love? No, but sometimes Im sure they think that. Damn, just really frustrated right now.

i look at it like this, if its my money and my car and my hobby then let me do it because it is what i enjoy doing most and my gurl gives me hell sometimes but i dont let it bother me she will just have to get over it and my mom cracks me up because she talks about my carbon fiber hood being ugly and im like mom thats how its suppose to look she cracks me up my dad however loves my car and said he wishes that they had cars like this back when he was a kid because he said he admires what i do to my ride just because it keeps me out of trouble and i have a love for it which is a big motivator so i dont let anyone tell me how to tell me how to spend my money or any crap like that cause i dont tell them how to spend theirs

Damn I'm glad someone asked this, at first my family kind of blew it off but then they started to see how serious I am about it and the reaction the car was getting then they began supporting me, it meant a lot to me when they showed up at NOPI without me asking them to come. Now they are trying to do all they can to convince me not to sell it.

My ex couldn't stand it when we were together, she resented everything about the car and anything having to do with it. My G35 was shipped up from Florida and came in a week early, I literally hid the car from her for that first week (parked it elsewhere and still had my other car) so she wouldn't wreck the whole experience for me.

My son is by far the funniest about it, he is 4 years old and whenever I'm working on my car in the garage he has to grab some tools and help out. Any modifications I'm thinking about getting I run by him first to make sure he approves (he loves the turbos) and when his friends come around he acts like its no big deal but when they're not around it is the coolest thing to him.

mY parents always have, they helped me when i really needed it with stuf (me paying htem back of course) While i was in basic training they took my car to 3 shows, and i placed first in my class (talon/eclipse) in all 3, and won best conversion as well in one
