Car: 92 civic.
Sometimes after I turn the car off quickly it won't turn back on and I can not hear the fuel pump engage. It doesnt do this all the time, but im wondering if the fuel pump is going bad or if it could be the main relay or some other issue? Thx for help!

You should her the relay click or make a noise everytime the switch is turn on to start. If not every time then it is the relay usually.

9 x's out of 10 its goin to be your main relay! im having almost the same problem, except my car will not prime at the start position and my relay clicks just once(since it has your fuel switch in it also its sopposed to click twice)and starts to buzz! i ran power from my fuel pump to my battery and it started to prime. Goin to get a main relay today....
