Very true, the past two weeks it seems the gov'thas been onHold for this whole thing. It sucks that this all had to happen the way it did, i really think there were more humane ways of doing this but oh well. May she finanly be able to rest in peace

In what ways has the Govt be on hold or not tending to more important things? MAYBE the media has only covered this, but trust me the govt hasnt been on hold. But, Yes it is good that its over and she can finally rest.

It hasnt been on hold per say, but the gov't has been devoting WAY too much time to this. Jeb Bush Tryign to take cusitdy of her, Good ole George jumpin in, The senate shit they were trying to pass to intervene. Since all of this held such a high priority to keep her allive, a lot of what they were doing had to be put on a small hold, when ordinarily it wouldnt. The only reason this became soo big is because the gov't tried to intervene. This kind of stuff happens almost everday.

The sad thing is that her husband wouldn't let her parents in to see her while she was dying, only after she passed away. Poor woman. I hope she finally has found the peace she deserves.

It hasnt been on hold per "say",
Then why did you "say" it..

Since all of this held such a high priority to keep her allive, a lot of what they were doing had to be put on a small hold.
So bills werent bein passed, laws not bein made, general wellfare of the ppl wasnt bein looked after?
Congress does more then debate about one thing at a time.

The only reason this became soo big is because the gov't tried to intervene. This kind of stuff happens almost everday.
And the Govt deals with issues of human life everday also. The reason this became so big was the MEDIA. "Good ol George" Never had an official anouncment to the ppl of the United States, saying you must watch and know about this poor woman. It was all the media catchin word of it and wanting to get ratings and viewers.

stuff like this happens everyday, you just never hear about it...had jeb bush kept his nose out of it and left it the fuck alone it wouldnt have gotten as big as it was...but he had to become involved so he looked good when it came time for presidential nominations...

How mean...

Sad but true. I'm sorry she was on a feeding tube to begin with, but she should of never been in the congress's top list of priorities, or the presidents, or the judicial system.

not saying her situation wasn't bad, but it was a mere disagreement between her husband and her parents. Can you imagine if congress got involved in every family fued?
