Pretty straightforward guy. Told me I was gettin a alarm and actuators and that's what I got. All in working order. Updated me timely as t his location when we met at Tanger Outlets. Nice guy. And nice CR-V. :P lol. Would do business again. I do however wish that the alarm had the led status light,valet button,and siren. But all of those can be had relatively cheap.
