How much boost

How much boost can i hold if im running a vg30de jdm swap and installing the turbos myself.....its at 10.5 compression (V6) i was thinking about running somewhere around 7-10psi....i will have a front mount and injectors...

you might get away with 7psi. the internals arent near as good as the dett and your gonna pop the head gaskets sooner cause of high cylinder pressure. but as a general rule you should be ok at 7psi. gonna buy that motor at nad eh?
