Expansion is in the air this week. Boise moves to the Mountain West, Nebraska to the Big 10, and Colorado to the PAC-10.

Rumor has it that Texas, Texas A&M, OU, OK St. are the next to head over to the PAC-16. Maybe as soon as next Tuesday.

This is really messed up. It just goes to show college sports are all about the money. Football is king and screw all the other sports. I understand it brings in a good amount of money for the schools to improve in other areas, but someone has to put a stop to this. It's not like any of the conferences are losing money with all the bowl games they have now. Just think about how a swim team from Texas or a women's softball team is going to travel to Oregon or Washington to play a game. These sports don't have anywhere close to the funding that the football and basketball programs have. I just really hope none of them come to the SEC.

All the money the football and basketball programs bring in is what pays for all the other, non-revenue sports.
