Its hard to say no to six bolt mains, a hydraulic roller cam, and factory cast heads that flow over 300cfm. Plus it is stupid-easy to make power with the LS based motors. Besides. What's more grass roots than a good motor swap?

Not really. The LS7 cost significantly less than the LS9 and is a bigger motor. So if you could make a 700hp LS7 for less than a bone stock LS9 costs, you are wasting money. So what you are saying is stupid.
