95 accord (cd7) Fitment

Does anyone know what the lowest offset the 94-97 honda accord can take. (with rolled fenders)

Im looking at some 16x8 wheels but they only come in 0 offset. I dont want to wast my money if i cant get those bishes to fit.

gabe was telling me about a guy around kennesaw that runs 0 offset and i believe they were 8's also.
