does the piping need any modifacations to put it on a 1g talon?

none really, depending on what turbo you are running. i am running an big16g and all i need was the coupler for the j-pipe, and two or three 45 degree couplers. the way i was going to set it up, i was going to have a left over straight pipe and acouple of couplers as well.

Dimensions of the intercooler? Is the piping aluminum?
