ANY TOYOTA TECHS HERE???????

I have a 07 toyota tacoma trd off road and the 4 wheel drive is not engaging. It could be the front diff actuator but not sure. The 4wd light on the dash just blink when i turn the switch. no 4WD. Just looking for a Toyota tech that may know exactly what this is. I know there is a Toyota tech here and his name is chris but dont know his screen name. He works at the toyota dealer in Gainesville. Anyone know him?
