I'd assume they'd look basically the same going down the highway lol... all you'd see is the center cap/lugs spinning.

11-06-2005, 03:41 PM
yeah duh....but you seen that driving? seeing the brakes easily would be cool too!!.....only problem would be cleaning them...you'd have to take the wheels off alot to clean the "plastic"
Kevykev
11-06-2005, 03:47 PM
yeah you'de have to clean behind the wheels w/ the Take off, ramp or lift methods
Hardly worth it if you ask me.

Travis, they arent plastic... Here is the specs of what they are made of....
Transparent aluminum! 3 times stronger then steel of the same thickness
http://www.rense.com/general20/transparentalum.htm
Aluminum oxynitride is a ceramic, that uses sapphire. These aren't aluminum windows, they are aluminum oxynitride which uses aluminum oxide as it's base.

uhh, hope you don't like driving hard. they may be strong, but they will not allow air to the brakes and you'll have to remove the wheel to clean them all the time.

Brake dust will not be present on the exterior of the wheel, pay attention to the design.
Shit has no spokes so dust can not surface through.
Only problem is that it will stick to the inside.
