The first (and last) pics of my new 4dr.

I sold my old red EF a few monthes ago and wanted to get a newer civic. I found this clean untouched 96 for a good price. I have only had it for about 6 weeks. Put on some koni/ground controls, wheels/tires, tinted windows, exhaust.I had the new motor and turbo kit about a week away from going in. Front lip and rear lip spoiler are here and was going to paint in a few weeks for all the trim and door handles color matched. Well Sunday morning on the way to the shop to meet up with some people to go to import showdown, I was sitting at a red light when a guy in an Explorer fell asleep and hit me from behind (I was sitting still and he was doing about 45mph). Didn't see or hear it coming (may be a good thing since I didn't tense up). I am just thanking God that I decided not to take my son with me to the race like I normally do.

That's a scary picture with the child seats. I am glad you were alone and came out ok. Do you think the damage would have been much worse if it was your old car? I figure that model had alot less safety features.
