the water does not goes to the motor it just trows the water out, and the radiator fan does not turns on. i dont know if the promblem is the temperature censor or the water pump. Help Please! does anyone had that problem before?

Well, respectively, a blown head gasket will cause overheating if the oil is mixing with the water. But, as long as the pump is pumping and the thermostat is opening the water will circulate. A blown gasket by itself can't cause the circulation issue.

there are many places a hg can blow not all will mix oil and coolant.

Ok. I understand that, but what part of a blown gasket will cause the water to not circulate?

part or parts of the gasket it self could get lodged in the water ports

Well yeah if the gasket pieces blocked every water port, not that likely though. Either way he did say that the water was not making it into the engine witch would be a water pump issue. a stuck closed thermostat would not let the water out of the engine. So based on what he said, he needs a water pump.

and the radiator fan does not turns on. i dont know if the promblem is the temperature censor

The fan not working could be the cooling fan switch. the temp sensor signals the gauge

see here is my thing. i know IA and i know the people who ask questions in the GT have no clue whats really going on. so how does he know there is no coolant in the block. this is what im basing my guesstimate off of. been in this section to long to give anybody benefit of the doubt or to assume.

Make's perfect sense. Sometimes I give people too much rope. I guess got tired trying to convince guys along time ago that if they put a blow off valve on their non turbo car that it would not make a noise.(they seem to think that it will) some people just don't learn. So now I just sell it to them and say "No refund" when it doesn't work. You can't fix stupid. Lol. True story by the way
