16x7 oz racing wheels f-1 4lug universal. Offset???

I got these wheels 2 weeks ago, and broke them down on the paint and wasn't happy with how they looked on the car but the original oz markings are still there. :)
They do have tires 2 are I say shot and 2 are rideable but probably not comfortable due to small grooves on the inside part of the tires. (all hold air) :goodjob:
So they are up for sale. I will only trade for Hx wheels in good condition.

Thats how I recieved them, and I added maybe 5% love to them. And I didnt like how they looked on the car. :(
