on a 91 civic, will i have to remove the entire hub or can i just beat them out and replace them? whats the average price for a shop to replace them?

i think the studs themselves cost $5 from honda.

i replaced them only because i had planned on doing so. you dont have to replace them

and you can get the studs at autozone for like $3

You might as well take the hub off and replace the wheel bearing if you have the money. I think the studs are like $1.50-$3 at Advance

see thats the thing. i dont wanna have to buy a new bearing if the one i have is still good. i was trying to see if there was a way to do it without removing all of that

you dont have to take the bearing out. but you will have to press the hub off

You DONT have to press out a hub to take your studs out...

Take the wheel off, then take your rotor off.. THEN hammer one stuf out, turn the hub a lil.. hammer then next one.. so on and so on...
