When clicking on the community/forum actions and quick links drop down tabs. The advertising banner interrupts, or better put, overlays the clickable links in that drop down.

I am thinking the problem lies between IA and Internet Explorer. Obviously blaknoize was the cause of all the server crashes yesterday.

More than likely its an issue with IE and PNG transparency issues. Its a common problem. What version of IE are you using? I can fix this for you.
