He was pissed the Eagles didnt publicly recognize his 100th touchdown and pitched a fit on his weekly radio show. that plus all the other shit he's done led them to suspend him the rest of the season and possibly drop him.

What a tool. :goodjob:

He says he would like to play with Peyton Manning now, I think he'd work out well in a falcons uniform but he would never come down here with Michael Vick.

What makes you say that? He's expressed that he wants to play in Atlanta.... He's an Atlanta native, we have his previous offensive coordinator (Greg Knapp and Jim Mora, both from SF) If we had a big play reciever that could actually catch the deep ball that Vick is capable of throwing, we'd have an unstoppable offense.. But flat out, he is not worth his benefits. I'd rather have Moss than T.O. anyways.. T.O is just a cancer... no matter what team he is on.

Edit: Oops... forgot to address the topic.. I'm glad they took action.. What he's been saying this past week every day is just a blatent slap in the face of the team, front office AND McNabb..

yea, the thing I don't understand about him asking for more money is: what can he get with a few million more dollars that he cannot already afford? he is probably one of the greediest punks I have seen in a while...

He would never play well with Vick, he would complain about Vick running the ball too much and not throwing it to him. Vick doesn't necessarily have an ego but he does know he is the star on the team, I just don't see enough room for T.O and Vick on the same field playing for the same team.

That goes into him being a cancer for any team he is on, if he's not winning he starts whining. I will say the man deserves his pay, he had more heart in the last super bowl than anyone else on the field. If you can get past his off the field antics T.O is surely an asset.

Did anyone see his statement where he "apologized" for his previous statements? :lmfao: It was so funny. You could tell that he didn't want to say it. The way he was reading it and saying it let you know that he was just saying b/c the eagles told him too :lmfao:

What T.O needs is a young quarterback that he can mold and tell what to do. Someone like Eli Manning would have been ideal (might not work now) but no quarterback that has proven theirself in the league will be able to work with T.O, I doubt Farve or Peyton Manning would want to put up with his sh*t. If there is any quarterback T.O should be complaining about it wouldn't be McNabb, he throws more than any other QB in the league right now.

he needs to learn to keep his big mouth shut, and just play the fucking game.. he also needs to realize that he isnt "all that" anymore

That would be kind of scary... Cause as much as I hate Eli... he definatly has talent. Plus he's got Plaxico burress and Amani Toomer on the corners.... if you add Terrell Owens to the mix that'd be a very scary recieving corp..

hmm.. reports are now that T.O got into a physical fight in the locker room thursday and challenged anyone else there and this is why he got suspended. I'd be suprised to see him in an eagles uniform again.

 I didn't hear that. But I doubt he'll be playing in Philadelphia again too. He's like the John Rocker of Atlanta. He's good but what can you do with an asshole that big. The negative attention outweighs his talent I think.

Look 2 threads down and you would of seen it = P http://forums.importatlanta.com/showthread.php?t=28912

Basically he got in a fist fight with Hugh Douglas... they each got like 2 hits in and then they were broken up, then T.O tried to call out the entire team.

We need to combine all three of the T.O. threads into one. :goodjob:

Just imagine for a second if T.O and Vick could play together.. with Vick, T.O Crumpler and Dunn on the field the defense wouldn't know where to put the bulk of their coverage.
