STRteg bad seller, do not do business with!!!!!

As you all may remember, last weekend I started a thread about how I got stood up by STRteg for a hood that I drove 2 hours north to get but he never showed up. We talked about it and he swore that he would make things right by driving to my house in warner robins to drop the hood off Saturday(yesterday). I said I would atleast meet up with him off of Zebulon Rd. in north macon which is a 45 min. drive for myself. We set up a time for 5pm. I texted him around 4:30 to see if he was almost there and he had not left his house to make the trip yet, he was waiting on a friend to give him a ride. well his friend never came through so we set up to meet today. Not his fault. He told me it wouldnt be a problem to meet today at all because he was going to use his girls car. I told him I would be free all day and he said the same for himself. Ive been texting him all day since about 12 and to set up a time and have got no response. He had no intentions of ever making this right, just another kid screwing around on IA. im sure his friends will chime in to defend him but the point of the matter is I still dont have a hood, and I could have been looking and probably found one by now but I once again waited on him to "make things right" so stay away from this guy unless you like someone wasting your time and gas. If you do like that sort of thang, STGteg is an A+ seller!

It might not be intentional, but he shouldn't be making plans to meet, if they have fallen through 3-4 times. I understand shit happens, but you come to a point that you just have to say, "I can't meet you, things just aren't lining up right for me to leave" and be done with it. Drop the price to make the sell and have the buyer come to you, or lose the sell and apologize for the inconvenience.

I was giving him a alternator in return for the hood since his "went out" last weekend thats why he couldnt meet up then. I smell a lot of bullshit coming form the north and it aint from the paper factory in macon either. I made this thread to warn others so they dont waste their time with this fool like I did.

Just recieved a text from him saying his son is sick and hes at the hospital. When I asked how come he didnt tell me that this morning when I texted him he responded with" he wasnt sick this morning." so in a matter of hours, a kid gets deathly sick? i have 2 kids and that shit just really dont happen, sorry aint buyin it. I mean, I know kids get sick but come on

i was going to say that.

he is a customer of mines and has never failed on me. with a new born like siversol said. anything can happen to change plans.

i would just move on try to find 1 else where. this is the first time since ive been on this board ive seen a complaint on him. so im pretty sure there is a very important reason why.

I understand that like I said, I have two kids of my own. What I dont understand is why he couldnt take 10 seconds to text me back and let me know what was going on instead of not responding to any of my text messages until I said something about creating a thread about him being a bad seller on IA. Then he was all of a sudden very quick to text me back. Defend him all you want but im throwin up the bullshit flag. I mean, I wouldnt want to drive over two hours either to just make a trade like an alternator for a hood but I surely wouldnt have told someone that I would do it! Not to mention this is the third time that we were supposed to meet up. I know shit happens but three times? Like I said im done dealing with him just want to warn other buyers so they dont get hosed like I did. Im an honest buyer/seller trying to buy parts I need and sell parts that I dont. I thought thats what the IA fleamarket was all about

First off I don't care that you made this thread,that's not why I responded to you I didn't respond to you because after about 5 hours of listening to my newborn son cry and cough and sneeze turn red water his eyes and run a fever I think if waiting for tylenol to reduce his fever and it doesn't its time to go to the hospital I'm sorry but forget you and your hood my son comes first and after my friend wasn't able to take me yesterday I messaged you and we never set a time today so stop acting like we had pre made plans that I dodged or something I said I would let you know a time so just take your money elsewhere and find another hood your not worth my time if you think I'm going to choose your car parts over his health
