new rb20 problem, help

Okay, I got it running normally...(intercooler piping was off, i'm a retard.) now it's smoking blue smoke, what can it be? I put seamfoam in the vaccum lines, cleaned it up, no leaks, etc. brand new spark plugs too.

stock turbo? have the rings been replaced? any oil in the ic pipe?

it was running perfectly fine, shut off, got it running and now it smokes.
