Acura 2.3cl Part

I'm looking to buy some bolt on parts for my newly acquired 98 Acura 2.3CL. I'm mainly looking for short throw shifter, lowering springs/coilovers, and cat back exhaust. Ive come under the impression that certain generation Honda Accord parts fit Acura CLs...if anyone could verify this please let me know as I have plans for this car. Thanks.
