98 civic lx power lock problems

i changed the switch and the control and check everything....everything is still good but the power lock dont work? by the way its a 98 4dr civic lx.

take the door off and look inside
fix necessary switches and plugs and fuses

what all have u checked and how did u check them. around here people say "ya i checked everything" but have no clue what they are doing to check these items.
