Wheel Suggestions Please!

IA- Want a change so I wanted to ask you guys for your opinion if I should stay with my current set up of 19" racing harts or should I go down to 18"s and if so what wheels should I get in 4X114.3 pattern....also should I keep current height or go a bit lower?

I like the way it looks....but 18's in the same style would look good and you could get a bigger tire and a little better ride quality.
