I was wondering what is the best way to clean the IC couplers and piping since I am selling it. One couplers has oil and crude since it sat for 16 months in storage and the same with the ic piping from the turbo. The ic piping is polished

reps to who can give me some tips

Try wd40, it should help a lot and assuming the couplers are some kind of silicone it will make them shiny as well. I have heard that wd40 makes hoses/couplers dry rot more quickly, but I have never had a problem with it and I guess if you are selling it then it isn't much of a problem anyway :ninja: Also try just spraying degreaser on them and scrubbing with a brush.

Just use some watered down simple green or whatever good degreaser you want for the couplers, then full strength for the piping if necessary. Worked fine for me yesterday.

I use Simple Green on just about everything...

Rub the couplers with a rag and lil bit of gas...

makes you go faster too..

i would say let the pipes soak in simple green over night and that should loosen up all the crud. And gas or simple green with a rag for the couplers
