So my car will not pass emissions due to a bad Cat, does anybody know if it is ok to replace with a cat other than a honda/acura one?

I've found a few companies that have replacement "Direct OE replacement" made by Benchmark and Eastern Catalytic. Does anybody know if these will work? Thanks.

check random tech should be a direct bolt-up HFC. I used an angled defouler on mine to get rid of my CEL. I have one on my civic Si and it does fine.

Direct OEM spec will be fine with what you need.
