is this a bi-xenon(hi/lo beam) kit or just low beam? did you have to plug the wires for the headlight socket into a little black plastic piece that allows the stock headlight harness to plug into it?

dont mount the ballast till you get everything working properly and your wiring routed properly

ahhh so it just plugged right up? if you just got both sockets replaced it sounds like there are a couple wires in the wrong place. Double check and make sure they are where they need to be and connected correctly. If they are...might wanna look into getting your HID kit replaced.

If they are strobing (both at once), there is not enough current to support the draw at startup. You must relay it then.

ya just buy a relay if they strobe mine did that or just turned off randomly till i got the relay

ifs its an H4 kit single Xenon than you should have 2 wires. you said one is on and one flickers. you should have have a 3 prong connector. the top is a ground and the left is for high beam and right if for low beam. you do not mirror the plugs. the right is the low on both sides. So if it flickers that means you have the wire in the high beam side. put the wire in the other side and it should work. I just went through this with my buddies car. he had the same problem you have.
