Can someone tell me why?

Every time I try to post a picture in a post or start a new thread, the picture I upload from my pc do not show up in the bank. I have made sure they are all the right format/size yet they don't show up even though they say they have been successfully uploaded.

When I upload via website url it works, but not when I try to upload from my pc. What am I doing wrong?

lol I am pretty sure it isn't the computers fault. It is just that uploaded pics from a url shows up in the picture bank, while the ones uploaded from the computer say that they have successfully uploaded but do not show up in the picture bank. It makes no sense.
