Hi ia, I just recently got a 94 teg and I changed the throttle body on it, its got a real bad idle problem, when warming (I know its sorta normal) it idles at 2000 rpms but after it warms up it jumps from 900 to 2500 rpms constantly! I've changed and cleaned the iacv and tightend the screw inside the fitv and also tightend the idle screw on top of the throttle body all the way down, and checked for vaccum leaks (nothing) no help at all. So what could be the problem?????? Someone please help a bro out!!!! Thanks

the TB sscrew u tighten down. back it out some. maybe 1.5 turns. But def one turn other then that, u shold recheck all your Vac line and try a diff IACV.

I've adjusted the tb several times and have put two new iacv on it already?

my H22 prelude does this almost identical thing, especially sitting in traffic in warm weather and the motor gets very hot, my RPM's jump to about 1500-2000 at idle. And sometimes I get that "lobing" idle. But as soon as I move forward again at a decent speed for a little while, it's goes back to normal.

and I have no clue what to do about it.
